Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our organization.
Responsibilities:
· Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding and scanning
· Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partner
· Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
· Manage executives’ calendars and set up meetings
· Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies
· Track daily expenses and prepare weekly, monthly or quarterly reports
· Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
· Organize and maintain the office filing system
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent education required · 3 years of administrative assistant experience · Knowledge of appropriate software including: Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
· Excellent verbal and written communications skills · Detail oriented · Outstanding organizatio nal and time management skills · Familiarity with office equipment and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines) · Discretion and confidentiality
