- Shape the Future of Change – Develop strategic change management initiatives that ensure system implementations and business process updates are smooth, effective, and embraced by teams.
- Drive Adoption & Engagement – Create engaging user training programs, process documentation, and interactive guides that empower employees to adapt with confidence.
- Be the Go-To Change Expert – Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify gaps, and implement process improvements that boost efficiency and effectiveness.
- Simplify Complexity – Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to translate business processes into clear, user-friendly training materials and communication plans.
- Ensure Operational Excellence – Monitor process adherence, track adoption rates, and provide data-driven insights to support leadership decision-making.
- Collaborate & Influence – Partner with IT teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure seamless transitions with minimal disruption.
- Optimize & Innovate – Identify challenges, suggest process enhancements, and drive continuous improvement in change management strategies.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in change management, process improvement, training, or business operations.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in process documentation, training development, or system implementation support.
- Background in data management, process optimization, and quality audits.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (ADKAR, Kotter) preferred.
- Technical Expertise:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to simplify complex processes into clear, user-friendly training materials.
- Experience with CRM or enterprise software systems preferred.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving – Ability to analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement structured solutions that simplify change adoption.
- Exceptional Communication & Collaboration – Ability to engage diverse teams, lead training sessions, and translate technical details into easy-to-follow content.
- Agility & Adaptability – Thrive in fast-moving environments, balancing multiple projects while staying focused on business goals.

Zone 3: Starting rate $28.85; up to $38.50 for highly qualified candidates
