- Answers incoming calls and responds appropriately.
- Answers supplier questions and completes their requests.
- Prepares and updates trackers for On-Premise Sales.
- Updates corporate Sales calendar & On-Premise/PTO calendar per management’s requests.
- Coordinates and schedules meetings and appointments for On-Premise division.
- Assists management in completing month-end processes.
- Prepares sales history and pricing information for supplier meetings.
- Prepares for sales staff tastings/GSM’s.
- Prepares expense reports for On-Premise division.
- Prepares outgoing mail and correspondence, including e-mail and faxes.
- Assists Management and Sales Representatives with new accounts as needed.
- Prepares On-Premise printing bill backs.
- Other duties may be assigned.
