Job Details:

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary liaison and relationship manager for assigned health system and hospital specialty pharmacy clients, ensuring successful execution of CarepathRx’s SPMS program.
  • Drive performance and service excellence by overseeing day-to-day operational alignment between CarepathRx, the pharmacy site, clinical staff, and relevant departments (e.g., finance, IT, compliance).
  • Assist with aspects of implementation and client onboarding including insurance workflows, patient capture, referral processes, and system integrations (e.g., DromosPTM, EHR connectivity).
  • Monitor and report on program metrics, including script capture rates, patient engagement outcomes, clinical documentation compliance, and overall financial performance.
  • Lead recurring client check-ins, performance reviews, and strategic planning sessions to continuously optimize pharmacy operations and growth.
  • Support payer and manufacturer engagement efforts by coordinating documentation, utilization reporting, and pharmacy readiness for network participation.
  • Identify client needs, concerns, and risks early and work collaboratively with internal teams (e.g., operations, pharmacy, IT) to resolve issues effectively.
  • Provide education and guidance to client teams on best practices, workflow enhancements, and compliance expectations (e.g., 340B, accreditation).
  • Represent CarepathRx at client-related meetings, audits, and compliance reviews, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with contractual obligations.
  • Ensure all activities are documented and tracked using internal systems to maintain audit readiness and performance visibility.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, business, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, client services, or healthcare operations, preferably within specialty pharmacy or health system settings.
  • Strong knowledge of specialty pharmacy workflows, payer dynamics, and 340B program fundamentals preferred.
  • Project management experience required; ability to lead multi-stakeholder initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across various levels of client organizations.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and translate insights into action plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with CRM and PM platforms preferred.
  • High degree of professionalism, accountability, and client-service orientation.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support client engagements, implementations, and site visits.
