We are looking for a Graphic Designer to support Sandstone Care’s Marketing efforts and team members. Sandstone Care is a fast growing behavioral healthcare provider that specializes in providing age-specific care located in Colorado, Virginia, Maryland, and Illinois. This role may be remote but some travel may be required.
Position Title: Graphic Designer
Salary Range: $50,000- $70,000 annual salary + Benefits

About the role:
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a vital role in enhancing our online brand presence and driving our digital marketing efforts. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Manager, You will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of digital platforms, including websites, social media, emails, and more. In addition, this role will be responsible for doing some light video editing within tools like CapCut or Premier to support social media and/or the website. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who is creative, tech-savvy, and passionate about digital marketing and design.
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring consistency of brand and creative across digital touch points.
- Creating and managing digital assets, including web banners, landing pages, email newsletters, and social media graphics.
- Work within WordPress to upload, update, and manage content on the website. This includes scheduling blog posts, updating service descriptions, adding/removing headshots, and adding new pages as needed.
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team or business development teams and utilize skills to create visually compelling digital assets for blog posts which can be repurposed into other marketing materials.
- Support the leadership and broader organization by creating branded PowerPoint templates, stylizing research and white paper documents, and refreshing outdated assets.
- Perform high-quality photo editing and retouching for marketing and promotional materials.
- Ensure that photographs are effectively integrated into the website layout considering factors like image size, placement, and how they complement other design elements on the site.
- Maintain a graphics database for organization and easy access to assets. This includes selecting appropriate images, ensuring they are of high quality and resolution, and categorizing them for easy retrieval and use.
- Design and implement scalable graphic design request process to be utilized by the broader organization to support design requests.
- Designing website graphics, animations, and manipulations of images to enhance user experience and improve overall aesthetics.
- Work closely with other team members to coordinate marketing efforts, ensure brand consistency, and achieve company goals.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and design and suggest new ideas to improve our marketing efforts.
- Build and stylize forms, quizzes, and lead magnets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Canva and other graphic design platforms.
- Experience with WordPress and basic HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of graphic design principles and UX principles.
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics that showcase your design skills.
- Creative flair and innovative thinking.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to receive and give constructive criticism on design work.
