What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Act as a liaison between the employer, customers, and patients
• Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via calls or the Internet
• Provide additional customer education and information as needed
• Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner
• Perform administrative support for medical record management and ensure HIPAA compliance
  
  

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Experience working in a contact center or call center environment
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent listening abilities
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite is required
  
  

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Prior healthcare industry experience, such as in a physician's office or hospital
• Experience with Salesforce.com and/or Information Systems
• Excellent multitasking abilities and flexibility in managing changing priorities
