About The Position

The Sales Support Specialist will play a critical role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team by providing administrative and operational support. This role is designed for a highly organized individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving. The Sales Support Specialist will assist in managing customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, coordinating orders, and maintaining customer data, enabling the sales team to focus on achieving their targets.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Communication:
    • Act as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information or redirecting to the appropriate sales team member.
    • Support sales representatives in managing customer relationships by preparing follow-up correspondence and maintaining regular communication.
  • Sales Documentation and Order Management:
    • Prepare and process sales orders, quotes, contracts, and other sales-related documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
    • Maintain organized records of all sales activities, including order confirmations, invoices, and contracts.
    • Coordinate the delivery of products and payments by liaising with logistics, manufacturing, and finance teams.
  • CRM Management:
    • Update and maintain customer information in the CRM system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
    • Launching mass email campaigns
  • Sales Analysis:
    • Assist in the preparation of sales reports and analysis to provide insights into sales performance.
    • Monitor sales trends and customer feedback to identify potential areas for improvement.
Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or Bachelor’s degree + equivalent work experience).
  • 1+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role is preferable.
  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferable .
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Native / Bilingual Proficiency in English.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Details

The role is a remote position, with a 40-hour workweek, flexible working hours and overlap with the US time zone (EST).
