JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a developer on redesign and support projects;
- Integrate functional UI/UX mockups on Shopify;
- Participate in strategic reflections on e-commerce platform design;
- Follow the best and latest development practices;
- Perform code quality control for your colleagues;
- Optimize performance, as it is key in e-commerce;
- Deploy the results of your work;
- Use your expertise to provide time estimates for project completion;
- Stay updated on the latest web technologies and trends.
- Experience in developing responsive web and mobile-first solutions;
- Experience with connected external systems (PIM, DAM, ERP, etc.);
- Proficiency in JavaScript and at least one popular library (Vue.js, Angular, React, etc.);
- Proficiency in another object-oriented programming language;
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Liquid (Shopify's templating language);
- Experience with Shopify APIs and third-party service integration;
- Knowledge of basic SEO principles and Shopify SEO practices;
- Experience with databases such as MySQL/MariaDB;
- Good knowledge of Git;
- Experience with development frameworks (Agile, Kanban, etc.);
- Bilingualism.
- Experience with Magento or other modern e-commerce platforms;
- Experience with popular CMS;
- Experience with Grunt or GulpKnowledge of PHP;
- Experience with the Atlassian suite (Jira, BitBucket, Confluence);
- Experience with headless development (preferably Hydrogen).
