Interview Process

Our interview process is very streamlined; it's a 4 step process:

  • You will have a first interview with our Founder, a short call to get to know each other, and your opportunity to ask questions about the business and where we are going.
  • A quick coding challenge that is targeted at the type of problems we solve on a daily basis.
  • A more extended call with one of our Tech leads. It will be a bit more technical to judge your understanding and familiarity with our stack.
  • A third interview, a bit more about culture, will be with another fellow engineer. This is your opportunity to ask them how it is to build UNIT-e without a manager there.
