In this fully remote role, you’ll collaborate with our awesome Engagement Lead and the Outreach team to create impactful strategies for connecting with social organizations and communities across Indonesia. You’ll also have the chance to design and implement programs to boost the capacity of these amazing organizers. 📈✨

  • Collaborate with the Outreach and Campaign Teams to develop fun and engaging activities and strategies that connect us with more social organizers throughout Indonesia.
  • Create and Execute Strategies: Develop both short-term and long-term plans to boost organizer acquisition and retention, aiming to increase the number of Challenges and satisfaction of organizers working with us.
  • Support and Coordinate Outreach Efforts: Work closely with the Outreach Team to expand our reach and onboard new organizers, ensuring they're engaged and excited to be part of Campaign.
  • Manage Databases and Track Progress: Keep our organizer database and Challenge Tracker up-to-date, and ensure smooth workflow across all Campaign teams.
  • Communicate and Innovate: Engage with organizers to verify their participation in Challenges and brainstorm creative ways to maximize their impact.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with the Program, Partnership, and Marketing and Communication teams to plan capacity building for Organizers and other outreach activities.
  • Be a Responsive Team Player: Jump in on outreach-related tasks as needed to support our Engagement Team.

Requirements
  • Domicile in the Jabodetabek area is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree of any major in Indonesia
  • At least 1 year of working experience in social action and has been sharing social activities or social projects in Indonesia.
  • Strong passion in the social world supported by research expertise, proficient in data management, and able to generate creative ideas for Outreach Campaign activities
  • Outstanding written communication skills in Bahasa & English. Fluency in English is a plus
  • Able to handle both creative and analytical aspects of the role
  • Proficient in remote working tools such as JIRA, Slack, and Google Workspaces
  • Familiarity of Event and Project Management, Curriculum Management, Data Management/Data Driven, and Email Marketing is a plus
  • Positive thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Good team player and proactive attitude
