  • Analyze existing processes and systems.
  • Model and propose new processes for optimization.
  • Challenge existing processes to improve efficiency.
  • Propose solutions and draft detailed technical-functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with IT architecture, Life developers, and business units.
  • Act as a liaison between business units, Business Analysts (BAs), and IT teams. Harmonize business and IT needs.
  • Serve as the primary interface between business and technical teams.
  • Ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct and support user acceptance testing.
Vos compétencesAchieving the difference requires
  • Higher professional education in IT or related field (HES, federal diploma, HEU, EPF).
  • CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certification is a plus.
  • ISTQB certification is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Graphtalk AIA application (knowledge of version 3 screens is a plus).
  • Experience with Graphtalk AIA technical environment (coding, configuration, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Life Insurance, particularly Swiss specifics, is a plus.
  • Familiarity with IT architecture, interfaces, and security concepts.
  • Experience with agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in MS-Office; familiarity with Quality Center and Jira is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and writing abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
