The Role:

Our partner company is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Software Engineer to join their team focused on shaping and delivering the future of GenAI capabilities. As part of their dynamic team, your innovative thinking, automation-seeking mindset, collaborative attitude, and eagerness to take on challenges will contribute directly to the user experience and adoption of their services.

Join their international multi-disciplinary AI team, where you will be working closely with Architects, Data Engineers, UX designers, and many others. You'll be immersed in an environment that fosters innovation, with plentiful opportunities for personal growth and continuous learning.

Responsibilities:

  • Embracing a culture of automation by developing innovative solutions for stable and scalable AI-based cloud services.
  • Making critical design decisions in selecting underlying architectures.
  • Collaborating with diverse teams to help streamline and improve processes through backend development of AI applications.
  • Adopting a problem-solving attitude to overcome challenges.
  • Being open and ready to learn new technologies and software development practices as they evolve, especially in the field of generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI-augmented development, and tools.
  • Mentoring younger talents to grow in their roles.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong experience building resilient distributed systems with relevant cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
  • Proficiency in Java, TypeScript, or Go.
  • Familiarity with data-centric languages (Python), SQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), and data modeling.
  • Strong collaboration skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
  • A keenness to constantly learn about new topics in the rapidly changing world of software development.
  • Passion for improving processes, user experiences, and enabling automation.
