Your mission:

As our Senior Customer Success Manager at Resourcify, your mission is to ensure our customers achieve their waste management and sustainability goals using our platform. You will be the main point of contact for our customers, guiding them through onboarding, driving product adoption, and fostering long-term relationships that result in customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your proactive approach and deep understanding of our product will enable you to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, contributing to the growth and success of both our customers and Resourcify.

Your responsibilities:

  • You lead the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring they are effectively set up and trained on the Resourcify platform.
  • You build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • You monitor customer usage and engagement with the platform, providing insights and recommendations to optimize their experience.
  • You collaborate with the support team to resolve any technical issues or customer concerns promptly and effectively.
  • You identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional features or services that align with customer needs.
  • You act as the voice of the customer within Resourcify, providing valuable feedback to the Product team for future enhancements.

What you'll bring along to be successful:

  • You have 4+ years experience with B2B enterprise software solutions, particularly SaaS platforms, combined with the ability to quickly learn new technologies.
  • You have demonstrated the ability to take full responsibility for customer accounts and drive their success independently, with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving goals and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with determination and resilience in overcoming obstacles.
  • You have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working effectively in cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with colleagues.
  • You have a strong empathy for customer needs and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and value.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and German.
  • You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Environmental Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Huge Plus:
  • Familiarity with waste management, sustainability practices, or related fields is a plus, along with a passion for environmental stewardship and sustainability initiatives.
