The European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) is seeking to recruit aCRM Specialist (full-time, 1 year fixed term), ideallybeginning as soon as possible or at a mutually agreed date. ESMO is a learned society for the medical oncology profession. TheSociety aims to provide its members with a range of professional servicesto improve standards of practice of medical oncology by enhancing theknowledge and competence of its members. The Society also provides a voicefor the profession at a political level. Within the IT Department, the CRM Specialist will provide support tothe business unit activities. In particular, he/she will focus on the CoreSolutions, which includes the CRM solution (currently Salesforce.com) asmain platform and other tools required to support sales, customerrelationship, and product/service delivery business processes (virtualevents platform, Titandxp, CTI platforms). The role will primary be engagedin the service management of the current solutions as a front-officeresponsible, secondarily he/she will be in charge of project-related tasksbased on the product lifecycle. Activities and tasks include: business and processes analysis, dataloading, users and permissions management, objects and fields management,operativity on customer community , forms creation and management, ticketmanagement. The specialist will make sure that the users’ requirements areidentified, prioritized, and shared with all the relevant stakeholders.Solutions are planned, budgeted, implemented, and operated in a manner thatsupports the goals and operational needs of the Information Technology andDigital Services department and ESMO as a whole. Suitable applicants should possess the following: Bachelor of Computer Science, Information Management, Engineering,Business administration; Experience implementing/managing Salesforce systems; At least 3 years of directly relevant professional experience; Experience with events management platforms is a welcome plus. Strong Salesforce admin skills (Flows, reporting, dataloader, datamodel design, formulas and validation rules.) Salesforce Apex coding is a welcome plus.Proficient English – written and spoken Knowledge of other languages is an advantage Salesforce certifications are a welcome plus.Lack of education titles could be compensated by a robust professionalexperience.
