e.l.f. Cosmetics is seeking a Summer Intern, Graphic Design to support our Visual Merchandising and Design team in creating retail displays and in-store graphics that shoppers see in real life. This is a hands-on, learning-focused role where you’ll help bring seasonal moments and promotional ideas to life while supporting fast-moving retail projects. You’ll gain exposure to real design workflows, tight timelines, and how creative turns into physical retail experiences.
Responsibilities:
Support the Visual Merchandising and Design team with the creation of retail displays and in-store graphics
Assist with design production tasks for seasonal resets and promotional projects
Organize creative files, assets, and documentation to keep projects running smoothly
Help move design projects forward under tight timelines and multiple deadlines
Collaborate with team members to support execution from concept through in-store rollout
Requirements:
Must be a rising junior or senior at the time of the internship
Must be available for the full internship period: June 1st - August 28th
Available for in-office work at least three days per week
Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Acrobat
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially for tracking and communication
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Good time management with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines
Clear communication skills with a collaborative, team-first mindset
Interest in design, retail, and how creative shows up in real-world spaces
