As an Operations and Project Records Clerk, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and organized records of various projects and operations, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and easily accessible. You will collaborate closely with different departments within the organization, providing administrative support and assisting in the management of data related to our initiatives. This position requires a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills as it involves a variety of tasks such as data entry, filing documentation, and assisting with project management activities. Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for project records and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation and dissemination of project reports and data summaries.
- Perform data entry and ensure the accuracy of project-related information in databases.
- Support project managers in tracking project timelines and milestones.
- Handle incoming communication regarding operations and project inquiries.
- Coordinate meetings and take minutes to ensure all actions are documented.
- Assist in developing and implementing efficient record-keeping processes to streamline operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administration or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in a non-profit environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and database management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
