Description

We are looking to hire a part-time business office manager for our 55 bed memory care facility in Coos Bay. We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented person to assist our Executive Director's with billing, payment processing, past due account collection, HR payroll and processing, as well as various other business office tasks. This position consists of but is not limited to:

  • Preparation of resident invoices within Point Click Care
  • Billing DHS for Medicaid residents through the state's 512 system.
  • Reviewing resident billing ledgers for the accuracy of charges billed and payments received on a monthly basis.
  • Updating Point Click Care for changes in monthly billing amounts for both private pay and Medicaid residents.
  • Recording and depositing both resident and state Medicaid payments in Point Click Care and the bank.
  • Collection of past due balances
  • Payroll review and preparation using Paycom.
  • Assisting with phones, data entry, and filing
  • Tracking staff credentials and training

Qualifications


Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent: college coursework preferred.
  • 2 years billing and receivables experience.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking abilities are a must.
  • Willingness and ability to learn as you go.
  • Team player with a strong and reliable work ethic.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Paycom, and Leasing and Rents experience a major plus!
