You and Your Job
Rabobank Canada Summer Analysts receive hands-on experience, professional development and training, as well as significant opportunities to meet with our inspiring senior bankers. This program is designed to be a pipeline to full-time Analyst positions, we look to give full-time offers to Summer Analyst Interns that perform at a high level.
The Summer Intern will be expected to provide a broad range of analytical, transaction and marketing support functions to the Canada Commercial Banking Coverage team. The focus of the role will be assisting Analysts and Associates on tasks performed during the execution of transactions and development of new business prospects, including preparing presentations, company profiles and other relevant projects. As a member of the team, you will have exposure to a range of professionals supporting Rabobank's broad product offerings.

To be considered for the Canada Wholesale Banking Summer Intern role, you must have:
- Bachelor's Degree (in progress)
- Be a current junior, seeking an undergraduate degree in finance or related studies and/or familiarity with finance
- Strong undergraduate record/GPA
- Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personal interest in Food and Agribusiness preferred

Internship Overview:

The internship will be a full time, 10-week, paid program.

Salary Expectations:
Target Hiring Range: $40.00 - $45.00/Hour CAD
This position is subject to the terms of Rabobank/Rabobank Canada’s compensation plans and policies. It is anticipated that the position will pay within the target hiring range. The range is reflective of the desired primary physical work location and may be adjusted outside of the projected range based on geographical differentiation if the actual work location of the hired candidate differs from the desired primary location, or for other lawful reasons. Further, all full-time regular positions include all other benefits provided to Rabobank Canada employees, including healthcare benefits, employer registered pension plan contributions, vacation, sick leave, parental leave, and possible discretionary bonuses.
