Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support administrative and operational improvement projects.
- Perform accurate and timely data entry into electronic systems and spreadsheets.
- Conduct secret shopper exercises to assess patient interactions, customer service, and front-office processes, compiling findings and recommendations.
- Assist with project planning, tracking, and reporting on progress to supervisors.
- Participate in process improvement efforts and help implement new workflows.
- Support scheduling, document preparation, and other general administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA and all organizational policies.
- Collaborate with staff across departments to enhance efficiency and patient satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (preferred fields: healthcare administration, public health, business administration, or related discipline).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor and discretion when handling sensitive information.
