A professional demeanor, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are key to success in this role.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

  • Maintain both digital and physical filing systems

  • Order office supplies and track inventory

  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain internal databases

  • Communicate with internal departments and external partners via email and phone
