About the role:We’re looking for a motivated and people-oriented Sales Strategy Support to join our Sales Department in Spain.

In this role you’ll coordinate the whole promotion journey, attend events, and act as a key link between our independent Members/Distributors and internal Herbalife teams. Your proactive communication, problem-solving skills, and understanding of the Herbalife Marketing Plan will help ensure an exceptional Member experience and sustained business growth.

In this role you will:

  • Act as primary contact for Herbalife Members / Distributors in your region, providing ongoing support and guidance.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with Members, ensuring consistent communication.
  • Lead support of Distributor recognition initiatives and support events, trainings, and awards programs.
  • Analyze performance and consumption metrics to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Provide accurate information about product launches, qualifications, and company events.
  • Support promotional activities, resolving Member/Distributor queries and ensuring proper configuration in the promo engine.
  • Collaborate with proper internal teams (from Spain and from abroad) to deliver the right tools, materials, and online resources to Members.
  • Attend local, national, and international events (including weekends, when required).
  • Continuously look for new, creative ways to engage and support Members.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

Our requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a sales environment.
  • Strong understanding of the Herbalife Marketing Plan and Member business operations (for internal candidates).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. 
  • Power BI knowledge is an advantage.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and organized with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Passion for people, service, and living a healthy, active lifestyle.
