Responsibilities / Tasks
- Marketing and Sales
- Parts for compressors, chillers, Witt pumps, controls including PR- OLEO® oil.
- Omni™ retrofit panels, Witt products, condensers, heat exchangers and HB level control products.
- Parts for legacy piston compressors models.
- Inventory/stock management and logistics processes.
- Manage the offer management process from quotation to invoicing.
- Ordering of spare parts via GEA BluShop and implementation (including training) thereof to all 3rd party contractors.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships (i.e., regular face time, quarterly visits).
- Offer and provide customer product training, provide technical services to clients relating to use, operation, and maintenance of equipment.
- Reporting & invoicing - ensure monthly O/I & sales targets are realized.
Your Profile / Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma or certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Sales & Marketing, or a related technical field.
- Additional courses in Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Technical Sales, or Supply Chain Management.
- 5 years’ experience in technical spare parts sales, ideally within an industrial or engineering environment or experience in similar functions.
- Deep practical know-how of sales processes, organization methods and tools (e.g., ordering, pricing)
- Proven record of working with OEM’s, service departments, or distributors.
- Familiarity with SAP, CRM systems, and ERP software for parts quotation and order management.
- Experience interpreting technical drawings, equipment BOMs (Bill of Materials), and machine manuals to identify correct spare parts.
