Within the MBFS Center, it is imperative to provide knowledgeable, professional communication with our customer base. The role also includes ensuring a title for auction sale on repossessions is provided to the auction location, working closely with internal and vendor partners as well as MBUSA.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EResponsibilities:%3C/p%3E%3Cul%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp style=%22font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;%22%3EProcess work items presented in ALFA, OnPoint, or Vitu Title Management System (TMS). Work items are made up of cases and reports for resolution of duplicate VIN, release errors, discrepancies, responsibility assignments from title vendor Vitu. Identify trends based upon information from state titling authorities and TMS reports. (30%)%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp style=%22font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;%22%3EEnsure titles on repossession accounts are available for auction sale, includes requesting the title from the vault to be sent to our vendor partner for processing, monitoring the title status throughout the process, and providing updates on title status to MBUSA Auction Admin Team. This also includes completing title corrections (30%)%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp style=%22font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;%22%3EMaintain communication with strategic business partners, including internal/external customers, title vendors, MBUSA, and auction locations (10%)%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp style=%22font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;%22%3EProcessing of incoming and outgoing mail items, including titles, title applications, power of attorney, and other title related documents. Prepare daily package sent to vendor Vitu (10%)%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp style=%22font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;%22%3EProvide support to internal and external customers via phone (inbound or outbound calls) or email to resolve title exceptions. These exceptions include: state to state transfers, name changes, lease to loan conversions, title deficiency research, processing repossession titles, and the commercial title service. Customers include Dealer Relation Managers (consumer), consumer account holders, Fleet Services, Remarketing, Intelogix, and dealers. (10%)%3C/p%3E%3C/li%3E%3Cli%3E%3Cp style=%22font-family:Calibri;font-size:11.0pt;margin:0in;%22%3EHold title vendor Vitu accountable for errors in processing through the submission of Field Issue Tracking (FIT) items. Build relationships with business partners at Vitu within the different business units of Release Services, Document Management, Client Services, and Title Services. Qualifications:

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. at the time of application. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position. 
This position requires a minimum of 1 years of overall work experience. Preferred experience includes:

• Business-General: 1 year
• Customer Service: 1 year

Education:
High School Diploma/(GED) is required, Bachelor's Degree is preferred. Recommended majors include:

• Accounting
• Business Administration

Additional Knowledge:

• Minimum 1 year of Titles Deficiency experience preferred.
