Regional Market President II at ANT Bank Texas (ANBTX)

The Regional Market President is responsible for ensuring the development and monitoring of commercial loans, lines of credit and deposit accounts, both secured and unsecured through managing and advising commercial lenders, portfolio managers, and banking center presidents in an assigned area.

• Implements corporate strategy and reports on performance to Senior Management
• Manages very large, complex accounts
• Promotes superior sales ad service culture through coaching, guiding, and motivating staff
• Set business strategy for assigned group/area
• Provides lending guidance and direction to commercial lenders, portfolio managers, and banking center presidents
• Directs junior officer's analysis of applicant's credit worthiness, makes decisions on loans at the highest lending limits
• Requires work on physical bank premises

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/work experience
• 10 - 12  years of experience in lending; 5- 7 years of management experience

Skills:

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Word; basic keyboard and calculator skills; must be able to do complex math and carry out written instructions
• Travel to a variety of locations to perform the work and/or attend meetings as required
• Work occasionally requires more than 40 hours per week to perform the essential functions of the position
• Lifting in an office setting may be required up to 30lbs.
