Credit Representative II – Accounts Receivable
Potters is looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Credit Representative II to join our Finance Team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and have a knack for building strong customer relationships, this role is for you.
You’ll be at the heart of our accounts receivable operations—ensuring timely payments, supporting credit processes, and keeping our financial records accurate and audit-ready.
Job Details
• Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote)
• Schedule: Full-Time Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Salary: $60,000 – $65,000 (Non-exempt)
• Work Environment: Office setting

Key Responsibilities
• Make daily in-house collection calls to follow up on outstanding invoices
• Review and release pending orders on the credit hold screen
• Process credit applications and onboard new customers
• Maintain accurate customer records through precise data entry
• Monitor accounts for payment issues and resolve billing discrepancies
• Record check deposits and credit card payments
• Support month-end and year-end AR close activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and audit standards
Skills & Experience
• High School Diploma or GED (required)
• 3–5 years of experience in customer service and/or accounts receivable
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Microsoft Teams
• SAP experience in AR, Credit, and Cash Posting (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized under pressure
