The HR Administrator provides comprehensive administrative support to the Human Resources Coordinators and assists with the daily operations of HR functions. This role plays a key part in ensuring efficient HR service delivery across areas such as recordkeeping, recruitment coordination, onboarding, benefits administration, and HR systems support.

  • Develop, maintain, and update HR dashboards, scorecards, and regular reports (e.g., headcount, turnover, time-to-fill, engagement metrics).

  • Track and analyze key HR KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement.

  • Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy, compliance, and process integrity.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives related to onboarding, performance management, and recruitment.

  • Prepare and assist with internal and external HR audit and reporting requirements.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to enhance HR service delivery.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable federal and state regulations.

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS and physical personnel files.

  • Assist with full-cycle recruitment support — posting job ads, coordinating interviews, and communicating with candidates.

  • Supervise HR Coordinators and provide ongoing training and guidance.

  • Serve as a back-up to HR Coordinators as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role.

  • Familiarity with HRIS systems (UKG experience strongly preferred).

  • Basic understanding of employment laws, HR processes, and compliance requirements.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Customer-service focused with strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
