As a Logistics Representative, you will manage customers’ supply chain information and data within C.H. Robinson’s Managed Solutions. You will act as an extension of the customer’s team, ensuring information flows accurately and efficiently to support all transportation arrangements. In this role, you will independently oversee your assigned area of responsibility, build and maintain strong relationships with your designated customers, and leverage the C.H. Robinson project-based delivery model to identify and implement process improvements both internally and externally.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure transportation arrangements are made for shipments by monitoring customer load boards and information flow within the Transportation Management System, maintaining team mailboxes and ensuring timely responses, and performing relationship.
- Document and organize existing standard operating procedures
- Learn multiple job functions within the assigned team to support coverage and flexibility
- Facilitate customer calls and updates, proactively identifying when outgoing communication is needed to provide timely solutions
- Meet and maintain operational performance metrics
- Conduct C.H. Robinson systems training sessions for external customer representatives
- Manage reconciliation of daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
- Provide fact-based recommendations to help customers achieve their goals by leveraging C.H. Robinson’s value proposition
- Serve as a resource and support for peers as needed
- Utilize C.H. Robinson’s project-based delivery model to identify process improvements and cost savings within your area of responsibility and/or team
- Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned, according to team and/or country-specific requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, transportation, and/or logistics
- At least 1 year of experience working with and troubleshooting information systems
- Fluent in English
- Excellent customer service and relationship management skills
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage a variety of audiences
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a focus on accuracy and problem-solving
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
- Skilled in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks

Compensation Range
$18.70 - $29.09The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
