As a Senior Logistics Representative, you will lead the management of customer supply chain information and data within C.H. Robinson’s Managed Solutions. In this pivotal role, you act as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring seamless information flow and efficient transportation arrangements. You will oversee and enhance existing processes, support junior team members as a resource, and drive continuous improvements aligned with C.H. Robinson’s project-based delivery model.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The duties and responsibilities of this position consist of, but are not limited to, the following:
- Ensure Transportation arrangements are made for shipments by the following:
- Monitoring and optimizing customer load boards and information flow in the Transportation Management System
- Overseeing the maintenance and organization of team mailboxes
- Managing exceptions and providing knowledge-based solutions to predefined processes
- Serve as a resource and support system for peers
- Document, organize, and continuously improve standard operating processes
- Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives using CHR’s project-based delivery model
- Develop and update comprehensive operational metrics
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, fostering and maintaining strong relationships
- Collaborate with internal service teams to meet team and customer goals
- Facilitate proactive customer communications, including calls and updates, to address and anticipate customer needs
- Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High School Diploma and/or GED
- Minimum 4 years of experience in Supply Chain, Transportation, and/or Logistics
- Minimum 2 years of prior experience working with and troubleshooting information systems
- Ability to work flexible schedule on occasion, including overtime hours when requested
- Engilsh fluency
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university
- Demonstrated high level of proactivity and a strong focus on excellent customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs
- Ability to present to a variety of audiences, including some leaders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Skill in collecting, interpreting, and responding to customer feedback
- Ability to think critically, perform analysis, and solve problems
- Ability to work in a team oriented and fast-paced environment
- Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently
- Demonstrated continuous improvement mindset
- Highly adaptable to ambiguous and changing environments
- Ability to motivate and encourage change, able to get positive results in a very large, dispersed organization

Compensation Range
$20.58 - $32.02The base pay range displayed on the job posting reflects the minimum and maximum base pay for this specific location. Your individual base pay within this range is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
