At Rogue Community Health, we are dedicated to providing quality, patient-centered care, especially for individuals facing income, language, cultural, and social barriers. We are seeking a highly organized and professional Administrative Assistant II to support our Chief Operations Officer and Chief Medical Officer.


In this role, you will provide confidential administrative support, coordinate meetings and events, manage department projects, and engage with external partners. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional with strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and provide logistical support for hybrid in-person/Zoom meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute materials, take meeting minutes, and track department projects.
  • Assist in event planning, including registration, setup, and hosting.
  • Support policy and document management, including administrative rules and operational guidelines.
  • Handle confidential information in compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
  •  Provide reception support at our main office. 
  • Travel to RCH sites and occasional community events as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience: Three years’ experience in administrative support including two years with a healthcare organization preferred. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Skills & Abilities: 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe Pro.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and presentation software.
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel between RCH sites.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
