Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of testing strategies across multiple projects and teams.
Develop, maintain, and refine automation processes and frameworks to ensure reliable, repeatable testing.
Analyze business and system requirements to define and validate comprehensive test coverage.
Serve as a subject matter expert for automation and testing best practices.
Manage and triage defects, drive resolutions, and ensure quality outcomes.
Mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project leaders to align QA processes with business objectives.
Participate in the on-call support rotation (3–4 times per year, after onboarding as an FTE).
Required Skills
Proven experience with automation testing.
Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (Mabl) or with Selenium.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, regression, and integration testing.
Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with an emphasis on quality improvement.
Prior experience mentoring or leading QA team members.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
6–8 years of professional QA or software testing experience.
Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Bonus Skills
Direct experience with Mabl.
Prior experience as an SDET or in a similar technical QA role.
