Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of testing strategies across multiple projects and teams.
  • Develop, maintain, and refine automation processes and frameworks to ensure reliable, repeatable testing.
  • Analyze business and system requirements to define and validate comprehensive test coverage.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for automation and testing best practices.
  • Manage and triage defects, drive resolutions, and ensure quality outcomes.
  • Mentor team members, providing guidance, feedback, and training as needed.
  • Collaborate with developers, analysts, and project leaders to align QA processes with business objectives.
  • Participate in the on-call support rotation (3–4 times per year, after onboarding as an FTE).


  • Required Skills
  • Proven experience with automation testing.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (Mabl) or with Selenium.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies including functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills with an emphasis on quality improvement.
  • Prior experience mentoring or leading QA team members.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams.
  • 6–8 years of professional QA or software testing experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Prior experience as an SDET or in a similar technical QA role.
