Our London office is looking for an enthusiastic and well-presented Receptionist to be the face of the firm. The successful candidate will provide a warm welcome to clients, manage front-desk operations, and assist with a range of administrative and office support tasks. Key Responsibilities


  • Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, providing a professional and welcoming reception service.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and uphold the firm’s professional standards at all times.
  • Support fee earners and administrative staff with general office and clerical tasks as required.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and well-organized.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant, ideally within a law firm or other professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a polite and professional telephone manner
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfortable using office systems and equipment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
