Hoffman Car Wash is a customer-focused car wash committed to delivering top-quality service in a friendly environment. We’re looking for a Team Leader/Key Holder to lead a team, maintain quality standards, and assist with our daily operations.

What You Will Do

• As part of our management team, supervise daily car wash operations, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction

• Train and coach team members to perform high-quality work and follow safety protocols

• Lead by example—assist with vehicle prep, cleaning, and equipment use as needed

• Monitor equipment and coordinate basic maintenance 

• Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally

• Enforce company policies and promote a positive work environment

Do You Have?

• 1–3 years of experience in a supervisory role preferred. Any prior car wash experience is a plus. 
• Experience with Microsoft office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to work weekends. 
• Good communication skills.
• Strong work ethic and a team player.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
