Job description
TriBridge Residential is seeking to hire a Leasing Manager for our Village 21 property, located in Nashville, TN.
Responsibilities of the Leasing Manager include the following, which are subject to change or adjustment:
Leasing:
- Monitor lease expirations and proactively contact existing tenants for renewals or extensions
 - Assist with prospective tenant showings at properties, as needed.
 - Assist the team in lease negotiations.
 - Provide administrative support to the Community Manager.
 - Oversee the internal lease review process.
 - Maintain tracking of all leasing files
 - Physically inspect apartments and property
 
Marketing:
- Update the community website and outside marketing sources with current leasing-related information.
 - Assist in developing community-specific marketing programs as needed.
 - Assist in maintaining the company's social media
 - Conduct outreach marketing weekly
 
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Must have HS diploma or equivalent.
 - Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in multifamily property management, with progressively increasing level of responsibility.
 - Proficiency with MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, and Excel software), as well as property management software, preferably Yardi.
 - Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under limited supervision while maintaining a high degree of accuracy and production.
 - Superb customer service orientation and practical oral and written communication skills, along with a positive and professional attitude.
 - Ability to read and interpret documents such as leases, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.
 - Ability to pass a background check and drug screening and maintain a record that satisfies these requirements.
