As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will help power SPEAR’s growth by attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent across our network of clinics. You’ll combine relationship-building and technology — leveraging mobile recruiting tools, data, and creativity — to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
You will partner closely with hiring managers, act as the first point of contact for candidates, and ensure an efficient, high-touch recruitment process from first click to first day.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Sourcing
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all open roles, from posting to offer acceptance.
Develop and execute digital-first sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and Lever.
Build pipelines through outreach to DPT programs, university partners, and professional networks.
Attend career fairs and virtual recruiting events to promote the SPEAR brand.
Post new roles externally within 24 hours of opening.
Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers within 24 hours of screening.
Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience
Deliver a 5-Star experience through timely, personalized communication.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on best practices, process flow, and system usage.
Facilitate Lever and recruiting system training for new managers.
Maintain complete and accurate records in Lever across desktop and mobile.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruiting (healthcare or service industry preferred).
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Handshake, and Lever (desktop and mobile).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and accuracy.
Tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and data-driven mindset.
Demonstrated ability to preserve confidentiality and uphold ethical standards.
