Responsibilities:- Serve our members.
 - Maintain up to date knowledge on loan processing of consumer, real estate and business lending products including industry, and regulatory updates and trends.
 - Perform processing functions including document preparation, delivery through electronic signature, loan disbursement, and payroll deduction setup.
 - Prepare all federally regulated disclosures on home equity loans according to regulations.
 - Perform other aspects of loan processing including processing payoffs, scanning, and GL postings.
 - Review loan documents post-close for efficacy and maintain low loan errors.
 - Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that shows confidence, confidentiality and professionalism with members, vendors, coworkers and management.
 - Must maintain strictly confidential information pertaining to the Credit Association, member, and employee business.
 - Maintains regulatory compliance including the Bank Secrecy Act.
 - Ensures self and all direct reports follow the CARE and QA Service Standards and maintain excellent understanding of FECA products and services.
 - Participates in ongoing training for professional and personal development.
 - Maintains a positive, professional attitude and works well with a team.
 - All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
 
- Bachelor’s degree, or an equivalent higher level management work experience required.
 - At least one year financial institution experience required, with credit union experience preferred,
 - At least one year of loan processing experience required.
 - Excellent written and verbal communication and basic math skills.
 - Must be accurate, organized, attentive to details, and manage time well.
 - Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
