What We're Looking For:

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required.

Experience:

  • Experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.

  • Experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse work, preferred.

Skills (Required):

  • Able to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, stretching, and lifting (up to 35 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).

  • Good vision and manual dexterity.

  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.

Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Experience using pallet jacks, dock boards, or hand trucks.

 

What You'll Do:

As a Materials Coordinator, you will play an important role in making sure our clinical teams have the supplies and equipment they need to care for patients.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a connection between hospital departments and Supply Chain Operations.

  • Maintain proper supply levels for Med/Surg areas, including stocking and organizing materials.

  • Keep stock rooms and supply areas clean, safe, and well-organized.

  • Manage specialty carts, kits, and medical equipment as needed.

  • Handle shipping and receiving duties.

  • Work closely with clinical and supply chain team members to meet supply needs.

  • Perform physically demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking throughout the shift.

This is a physical, hands-on role — not administrative. The job can be repetitive at times but offers meaningful work supporting patient care in a fast-paced environment.
