Education:
High School Diploma or GED, required.
Experience:
Experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.
Experience in inventory, logistics, or warehouse work, preferred.
Skills (Required):
Able to stand for long periods and perform frequent bending, stretching, and lifting (up to 35 lbs; occasionally up to 50 lbs).
Good vision and manual dexterity.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory systems.
Skills (Preferred):
Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience using pallet jacks, dock boards, or hand trucks.
What You'll Do:
As a Materials Coordinator, you will play an important role in making sure our clinical teams have the supplies and equipment they need to care for patients.
Responsibilities
Act as a connection between hospital departments and Supply Chain Operations.
Maintain proper supply levels for Med/Surg areas, including stocking and organizing materials.
Keep stock rooms and supply areas clean, safe, and well-organized.
Manage specialty carts, kits, and medical equipment as needed.
Handle shipping and receiving duties.
Work closely with clinical and supply chain team members to meet supply needs.
Perform physically demanding tasks such as pushing, pulling, lifting, and walking throughout the shift.
This is a physical, hands-on role — not administrative. The job can be repetitive at times but offers meaningful work supporting patient care in a fast-paced environment.
