What You Bring
- Active PA Peer Specialist Certification
- Strong computer proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
- Ability to document effectively in an electronic health records system
- Physical ability to meet job requirements (with or without accommodation)
Your Role
- Offer Warm Line support to callers seeking assistance, including follow-up calls and voicemail checks.
- Provide peer support in the lobby for individuals awaiting crisis services.
- Deliver follow-up support to clients seen at site-based Crisis and the Lodge.
- Maintain accurate documentation and monthly reports in our Electronic Health Record system.
- Stay certified by completing 18 hours of continuing education annually, with 12 hours focused on recovery and peer support.
