Reports to: Scheduling Delivery Lead
Location: Leicester
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday between 8am and 6pm on a rotation basis
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000
The Project Scheduling Support Analyst provides specialist support across major business
projects, new customer onboarding, and scheduling exception management. The role
ensures large or complex bookings are planned effectively, project requirement are
integrated into operational deliver, and the scheduling teams is supported with analysis,
troubleshooting, and ad hoc cover where required.

The role is ideal for someone who thrives on problem-solving, can analyse scheduling patterns, resolve complex blockers, and proactively collaborate with suppliers, engineers, and stakeholders to remove obstacles to success.
- Strong background in scheduling, operations support, and workforce coordination
- Proficient in workforce management tools (e.g., Salesforce FSL)
- Accurate data entry and system management skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process quality
- Confident communicator with planners, engineers, and stakeholders
- Analytical mindset; able to identify inefficiencies and root causes
- Skilled in prioritisation, troubleshooting, and working at pace
- Comfortable using data dashboards to inform decisions
- Excellent planning, organisation, and report writing skills
- Skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation
- Friendly, collaborative team player focused on growth and development
- Delivers excellent service with a positive, approachable attitude
- Builds rapport easily and communicates effectively with customers

Relevant Qualifications / Experience:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Scheduling/workforce management experience
- Exceptional organisational skills particularly in time and diary management
Desirable:
- Experience of the Utilities/Energy industry would be beneficial but is not essential.
