The Role:

The Talent Acquisition Associate supports the recruitment process from sourcing through onboarding to help Mainstay Medical attract and hire top talent in alignment with our strategic growth goals. This role plays a key part in delivering a seamless and engaging candidate experience while supporting hiring managers and the Talent Acquisition team throughout all stages of the recruiting process.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.They are comfortable sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and managing administrative recruiting tasks while growing their expertise in Talent Acquisition.

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements, unique business needs and desired candidate profiles.
  • Source and attract qualified candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, and creative sourcing methods.
  • Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, including communication with candidates and hiring teams to ensure a smooth experience.
  • Prepare and manage offer letters, working closely with HR and hiring managers to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Initiate and track background checks and other pre-employment requirements.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and workflows within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the process to provide timely updates and ensure a positive experience.
  • Assist in tracking recruiting activity and supporting metrics reporting.
  • Constantly look for potential to improve our hiring process and find new channels of recruiting.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives that enhance efficiency, employer branding, and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of related experience preferably with a Bachelors degree. 
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Experience in life sciences, medical technology, biotech, or high growth industries strongly preferred.  
  • High level of proficiency with MS Office products including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to providing an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within Talent Acquisition and HR.

The salary range for this position is $72,000 to $90,000/year; however, base pay offered will take into account a range of factors, including job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package includes a range of medical, dental, vision, financial, and other benefits, as well as equity.
