We're currently seeking a professional, friendly, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential administrative support to our leadership, staff, and residents.

Pay:$19.75 – $23.09 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (some weekend and holiday availability may be required)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Administrator, Managers, and other departments

  • Manage calendars, documents, and emails using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

  • Greet visitors, answer phones, and cover the front desk

  • Conduct tours and share information with potential residents and families

  • Complete onboarding and orientation paperwork for new hires

  • Track training compliance and organize employee documentation

  • Monitor and order office supplies

  • Assist with marketing materials and special projects

  • Arrange resident appointments and transportation

  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Qualifications:

  • Education beyond high school required

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred

  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience with basic bookkeeping or databases is a plus
