Pay:$19.75 – $23.09 per hour
Schedule: Full-time (some weekend and holiday availability may be required)
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to the Administrator, Managers, and other departments
Manage calendars, documents, and emails using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Greet visitors, answer phones, and cover the front desk
Conduct tours and share information with potential residents and families
Complete onboarding and orientation paperwork for new hires
Track training compliance and organize employee documentation
Monitor and order office supplies
Assist with marketing materials and special projects
Arrange resident appointments and transportation
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Qualifications:
Education beyond high school required
At least 2 years of administrative experience preferred
Typing speed of 50+ WPM
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Experience with basic bookkeeping or databases is a plus
