 Position Summary

We are currently seeking a professional and experienced Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team! The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional service to our existing customers, ensuring their insurance needs are met with accuracy, efficiency, and care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide responsive, timely, and consultative support for existing customers.
  • Handle incoming customer service requests and assist with day-to-day insurance needs
  • Update customer interactions and contact information in the agency management system.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities by offering additional policy options to customers
  • Maintain compliance with all company and regulatory standards

Qualifications


Qualifications

  • College degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum two years of insurance service experience (or other relevant professional services experience).
  • Experience in a professional business environment required.
  • Property & Casualty License required at date of hire.
  • Must meet all continuing education requirements as outlined by the applicable State Insurance Commissioner.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Comfortable using tools such as Zoom, Google Meet, and similar software.
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
