Main Purpose:
As a Reporting Analyst in the Storage team, you will play a crucial role in data mining, preparing decision making reports and statistical analysis on storage performance, inventory levels and operational KPIs.Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Data Analytics
- Proficient in English both in spoken and written
- Basic understanding of market costs and economics
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make recommendations
- Someone who is organised, pays attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, looking after a range of high priority issues
- Basic Understanding of contract terms and logistics
- System oriented mentality- UATs understanding
- Experience in applying sophisticated data analytics techniques and in developing automation tools
- Ability to think outside of the box and identify solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Technical knowledge to include:
- Extremely good with MS Office Suite specially Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Should have hands on experience of leveraging MS Excel for data gathering & reporting using advanced MS Excel skills (Macros, VBAs, Integrating Excel with other tools etc.)
- Experience using data visualization (QlikSense, Power BI OR Tableau) and data analytics tools.

- Storage Reporting and data analysis
- Develop data analytics routines using industry-standard tools to identify process or control gaps and cost optimization opportunities.
- Review the usage of the system and suggest enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and further automation.
