Main Purpose:

As a Reporting Analyst in the Storage team, you will play a crucial role in data mining, preparing decision making reports and statistical analysis on storage performance, inventory levels and operational KPIs.

Essential

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or Data Analytics
  • Proficient in English both in spoken and written
  • Basic understanding of market costs and economics
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and make recommendations
  • Someone who is organised, pays attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, looking after a range of high priority issues
  • Basic Understanding of contract terms and logistics
  • System oriented mentality- UATs understanding
  • Experience in applying sophisticated data analytics techniques and in developing automation tools
  • Ability to think outside of the box and identify solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Technical knowledge to include:

  • Extremely good with MS Office Suite specially Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook. Should have hands on experience of leveraging MS Excel for data gathering & reporting using advanced MS Excel skills (Macros, VBAs, Integrating Excel with other tools etc.)
  • Experience using data visualization (QlikSense, Power BI OR Tableau) and data analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Storage Reporting and data analysis
  • Develop data analytics routines using industry-standard tools to identify process or control gaps and cost optimization opportunities.
  • Review the usage of the system and suggest enhancements to ensure continuous improvement and further automation.

  • Senior Management, IT, Operations, Traders, Deals Desk, Finance internal departments
