Position Overview


Tri-W Global, Inc. is seeking to hire full time Receptionist to support our Kilgore Corporate office with clerical and administrative duties. Pay is commensurate with experience.


General Responsibilities


  • Follow all protocols when welcoming visitors to the facility.
  • Ensures visitors sign the log book.
  • Assist with coordination, planning and execution of company events and functions.
  • Support managers with special projects/initiatives and be able to adapt to change.
  • Direct visitors, deliveries and calls to the appropriate department or person.
  • Maintain situational awareness with respect to facility and employee safety and security.
  • Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
  • Assure continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and needs.
  • Assist with visitor queries and concerns, participate in onboarding, office planning and orientation.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.



Requirements

  • Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
  • High School diploma or GED is required.
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry is preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are required to successfully perform this position.
  • Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Office Work and Excel.
