JOB SUMMARY: The Senior Counsel/Associate General Counsel is responsible for providing analysis and counsel for a wide range of legal matters, including advising on pre-litigation disputes, litigation, and consumer regulatory matters, as well as anticipating and guarding against legal risks facing the Bank.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
QUALIFICATIONS:
The pay range for this position is below. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. The base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000 for Senior Counsel and $170,000-$220,000 for Associate General Counsel.
