Requirements

 Qualifications:

· Comprehension of Network Setups and Configurations

· At least 4 – 8 years of experience working in IT Service Team/MSP NOC Team Environment as a Network Administrator, System Administrator, Network Engineer, or equivalent.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

· Proficient in Microsoft 365 Administration & Management. Minimum four (4) years’ experience – Active Directory Support, Microsoft Windows and Windows Server Support, Microsoft Exchange Support.

· Minimum four (4) years’ experience – Switching/VLAN/Routing/Firewall Support.

· Minimum four (4) years’ experience – Server Hardware Technologies (CPU/RAIS/SCSI) Support.

· Minimum four (4) years’ experience – Data Backup and Recovery Support, Corporate Antivirus Support, VPN Connectivity Support.

· Experience in virtual desktop and virtual apps distribution

· Experience managing network project, including planning, execution and monitoring.

· Clean driving record.
