About ACEREZ

ACEREZ, a partnership of ACCIONA, COBRA and Endeavour Energy, has been appointed network operator by EnergyCo to design, build, finance, operate and maintain the Central-West Orana Renewable Energy Zone (REZ) transmission network. The ACCIONA COBRA Joint Venture (ACJV), the design and construct (D&C) consortium, will design and build the Central-West Orana REZ transmission project.

The new transmission network infrastructure will deliver at least 4.5 gigawatts of new network capacity from 2028 to connect 7.7 gigawatts of wind and solar projects, which is enough to power more than 2 million homes each year.

About the Role

Our Central-West Orana project is currently seeking a dedicated Logistics Warehouse Administrator to share their expertise within our growing team.

In this role, you will focus on a upload of Packing List and detail within a Warehouse Management system plus support the Logistics team in various aspects of project activity..

Tasks include managing of document processing into a paperless warehouse management system, coordinating meetings and appointments, and providing general support to streamline day-to-day operations of the Logistics Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Logistics Team, data entry into paper warehouse system, document management, and report generation
  • Ensure inventory movements have been recorded systematically and accurately to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Upload and manage documentation within the inventory system including SEA Freight Packing Lists
  • Coordinate and schedule team meetings between office and site, including preparing agendas, booking facilities, and organizing catering
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external sub-contractors to facilitate smooth logistics operations
  • Ensure Inventory management system is kept up to date with revised documentation and details

Required Skills and Competencies

  • A background in SEA and Landside Logistics favourable
  • Knowledge and understanding of paperless warehouse systems
  • 2 to 3 years' experience in an administrative role on large infrastructure construction projects
  • Competent with Microsoft office software with solid general computer skills
  • Strong communication skills - written and verbal.
  • IT at intermediate or higher level
  • Experience with Inventory Management System
  • Proven organisational skills and motivation to work towards team objectives
  • Good at multi-tasking and demonstrates sound judgment, including balancing competing issues
  • Presented problem-solving / analytical skills.
