RMA & Inventory Specialist at Malco Products

Key Responsibilities:

RMA (Return Materials Authorization):
• Initiate and manage the RMA process in compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with customer service, production, and engineering teams to resolve RMA issues.
• Maintain accurate RMA documentation, including failure analysis reports and corrective actions.

Inventory Management:
• Maintain and update inventory records using inventory management software.
• Perform regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Identify and dispose of obsolete or damaged inventory per company policies.
• Prepare detailed reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience with ERP software (Oracle a plus).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Forklift certification or ability to operate warehouse equipment is a plus.

Education & Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2–5 years of experience in inventory control, RMA processing, or quality assurance in a manufacturing or logistics environment.

Wage:

$18.87 - 23.58 per hour dependent on experience.
